王大承先生現為禾建諮詢(北京)有限公司負責人,作為一名紐約註冊建築師,王先生擁有近26 年的專業技術和酒店開發經驗,為酒店開發商提供研究,分析及評估酒店開發市場,開發策略;品牌搜尋及定位;維護國際知名品牌酒店規範;控制設計品質,工程預算及工程進度;監督酒店開發規劃,設計,施工圖階段工作。
   王先生曾任職凱悅國際酒店管理公司技術暨開發總監7 年,負責大中國區凱悅酒店集團開發業務。 擁有各種商務,會議,休閒,渡假酒店,城市綜合體酒店,服務公寓開發經驗。王先生之前在國際知名貝聿銘建築師事務所工作16 年。
 
Mr. Wang is currently the responsible person of He Jian consulting (Beijing) Co., as a New York registered architect, Mr. Wang has nearly 26 years professional experience in technology and hotel development, providing analysis and evaluation of hotel market development, hotel development strategy,brand searching and positioning, the maintenance of international hotel brands specification controlling and the quality of the design, the progress of the project budget and project supervision, hotel development planning, designing, construction drawing stages for hotel developers.
 
Mr. Wang has worked with Hyatt International Hotel management company technology and development as director being responsible for business development of Hyatt Regency group of Chinese district for 7 years. He has a variety experiences of business, meeting, leisure, resort, city complex hotel, service apartment development.He has also worked in the international well-known PEI PARTNERSHIP ARCHITECTS for 16 years.
