程绍正韬，著名台湾建筑设计师，建筑室内设计之东方主义集大成者。现任真工建筑设计公司总设计师，前逢甲大学建筑系讲师，前成功大学建筑系讲师，前台南市市政府都市设计审议员，真品空间艺术股份公司艺术指导，明建筑艺术细装工程股份有限公司艺术建筑师，CC联合建筑规划股份有限公司环境设计师。
程绍正韬出生于1963年宁静质朴时代的台湾,父亲是大陆安徽知名文人,母亲则来自中国北方热河望族。在台湾，他们都是被大众泛称为所谓的菁英外省人。青少年时代，当内地处于文革时期，程绍正韬接受的是父辈的民国知识分子的精英教育，以及中国传统文化的启蒙，尤其是唐诗宋词、水墨国画书法等对程氏的影响极其深远，甚至是程氏审美意境的最高标准。这为程氏在今后的设计中奠定了"东方主义"的基因。求学生涯中，程氏在台湾同时多重学习从工业设计-艺术-室内设计-建筑设计-水墨、雕刻-文学-艺术，以致形成一种复杂的设计锻练模式，当然也是程氏执业30多年来的一个统一的体系。这也是程氏的设计比起同时代设计师独特之处:新东方的根基、完整而严谨的自我体系造就的高质量、多领域的设计作品，诸如建筑、景观、室内、工业产品、艺术品等等。
 
Alex Cheng, Taiwan top architect, interior design master of Orientalism. The chief designer of Z-work Design Associates, former lecturer of Architecture Department in Feng Chia University and National Cheng Kung University. Former urban design review officer of Tainan city government. Alex is the art director of  Zhen Pin Space Art Co. Ltd, an art director of Ming architectural fine installation engineering project, also being as the environment designer of CC joint construction planning.    
  Alex founded CSZT in Nanjing and Shenzhen in 2012, CSZI is a cutting edge space design group originated in Taiwan. With his long focused professional experience, adept teamwork and over thirty years working with high end client group, CSZT has become a representative cross domain design team. His works has won design awards at home and abroad, the style of which is mature, elegant, extravagance, and emitted by the interactive aura between man and nature.
