GVA衡信柏迪酒店部董事，超過二十五年酒店投資、策劃、顧問及營運管理經驗。管理亞洲、中國大陸及香港超過40家酒店/服務公寓/餐廳。曹先生畢業于香港理工大學酒店管理系，是英國酒店專業管理人員協會會員。在培訓方面素有心得，曾任香港酒店協會培訓委員會委員，並曾於澳門生產力中心、澳門中旅、清華大學任客席講師，主講管理課程。
 
He is the director of the hotel department of GVA. He has over 25 years experience in  hotel investment, hotel planning, hotel consulting and more than 40 management experience of hotel, service apartment,and restaurant in Asia, mainland China and Hongkong. Mr. Cao graduated from the department of hotel management of Hong Kong Polytech University , and a professional member of Grande Bretagne Hotel managers association. Due to a member of the Hong Kong Hotel Association Training Committee, he also have rich experience in training, and being guest lecturer of management course in Macao Productivity Center, Macao China, Tsinghua University.
