戴立君，出生於香港，1977年畢業於香港理工大學攻讀室內設計。現任為利是百順設計有限公司合夥人。多年來，憑其豐富之專案管理、合約管理及預算控制經驗，為利是百順設計有限公司（LRFDESIGNERS LIMITED）奠下成功之基石.
Dai Lijun, born in Hongkong, graduated in 1977 from Hong Kong Polytech University, major in Interior design. Currently was co-founder of LRF design limited. Over the years, with its rich project management, contract management and budget control experience laid the cornerstone of success for LRF Design Co. Ltd.
1994年成為英國皇家特許設計師協會之資深會員
1994 : He became the Senior member of Chartered Society of Designers.
1997年被邀請成為香港室內設計協會之專業會員及執委會成員
1997 : He was invited to be the professional member and a member of the Executive Committee of Hongkong Interior Design Association.
1999年至2000年擔任香港室內設計協會之會長，與香港時裝設計師協會及英國皇家特許設計師協會創立香港設計中心
1999-2000 : He served as the chairman of Hongkong Interior Design Association, together with Hongkong Fashion Designers Association and Chartered Society of Designers established Hongkong Design Center.
2001年被邀請成為香港學術評審局學科專家
2001: He was invited to be the subject expert of Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation.
2008年再次被邀請成為香港學術及職業資歷評審局之評審局/學科專家
2008: He was invited to be the subject expert of Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation and Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ)  again.
