林豐年(Lim Honglian)，酒店設計界的泰鬥，新加坡LTW設計公司首席合夥人及創始人。林豐年在新加坡出生。他曾就讀於倫敦。在那裡他開始他的酒店設計生涯。于1979年，回到遠東加入香港一間國際設計公司Dale Keller & Associates。在1981年，他被邀請參加另一家知名的設計公司，Chhada Siembieda & Associates成為新加坡辦事處的合夥人。在1991年，該辦事處成為H.L.Lim & Associates。該公司成功的完成了多個國際知名城市與度假酒店項目分佈亞洲各地。于2001年，該公司的名稱改為Lim.Teo+Wilkes Design Works，現稱為LTW Designworks (LTW). Lim Honglian, the giant of hotel design industry, founder and chief partner of LTW design company, Singapore. HL was born in Singapore and educated in London, where he began his career in design for the hospitality industry. In 1979, he returned to the Far East to join the international design firm Dale Keller & Associates in Hong Kong. In 1981, he was invited to join another well-known design firm, Chhada Siembieda & Associates as the Managing Partner of the Singapore office. In 1991, that office became HL Lim & Associates, and the firm successfully completed several prestigious urban and resort hotel projects throughout Asia. In 2001, the company’s name was changed to Lim. Teo + Wilkes Design Works and today, it is known as LTW Designworks Pte Ltd (LTW). LTW has been working closely with many luxury hotels and resorts operators, including Four seasons International Hotel Group, Hilton Hotel&Resort, InterContinental Hotel group, Jumeirah Hotel, Pullman Hotel&Resort, Regent Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel Group rtc, and has successfully completed a number of luxury hotels and resorts around the world.
