尹筱周女士1988年毕业于清华大学建筑系，取得建筑学学士学位并获该系研究生录取资格。毕业后，尹筱周先后就职于北京市建筑设计院和香港华艺（深圳）设计顾问公司，获得建设部高级建筑师职称。
2002年初，尹筱周加入中国银泰集团任北京银泰置业有限公司总经理，全盘操作北京长安街高端城市综合体北京银泰中心(含北京柏悦酒店)项目，直至2008年北京奥运会前开业交付运营。2009年至2013年，尹筱周转任中国银泰旗下上市公司京投银泰股份有限公司(600683.SZ)，担任副总裁兼首席设计师，负责集团产品研究、规划设计、品牌管理、和市场营销工作，并重点打造与地铁交通无缝连接的轨道物业和京外高端酒店物业，包括上海安达仕酒店和宁波东钱湖柏悦酒店。2013年8月，回到银泰集团总部再任北京银泰置业有限公司总经理，负责高端城市综合体北京银泰中心的全面运营管理与整体环境提升,并参与成都银泰中心（含华尔道夫酒店）的前期规划设计与品牌营销。
作为改革开放之后新一代地产职业经理人，尹筱周以对行业的专注、专业的背景、国际化的前瞻、细节的管控，以及在行业设计、开发、运营全产业链的综合管理能力，成为中国地产企业步入国际化、专业化开发的开拓者和守护者。
Ms Yin Xiaozhou got her bachelor's degree and the graduate student admission qualification in architecture from the Architecture Department of Tsinghua University in 1988. After graduation, she successively worked in the Beijing Architectural Design Institute and Hongkong Huayi (Shenzhen) Design Consultant and acquired senior architect of the Ministry of construction for titles.
In early 2002, Yin added Beijing Yintai Property Co. as a general manager undertaking Beijing Chang'an Avenue high-end city complex of Beijing Yintai Center Project(including Park Hyatt Hotel Beijing)until delivery operation ahead of 2008 Beijing Olympics Games.In 2009 to 2013, Ms. Yin transfer to work at China Yintai listed company Beijing Investment Yintai Limited by Share Ltd(600683.sz), served as vice president and chief designer, responsible for product research, group planning design, brand management and marketing work, and focus on creating seamless connection between the rail property and outside Beijing high-end hotel property, including Shanghai Andaz Hotel and Park Hyatt Ningbo Dongqian Lake.In August of 2013,she back to the Yintai group headquarters Beijing Yintai Properties Limited as a general manager again, responsible for comprehensive operation management and high-end city complex of Beijing Yintai Center, and participated in preliminary planning, designing and brand marketing of Chengdu Yintai Center (including the Waldorf Astoria Hotel).
As a new generation of real estate occupation managers after the age of reform and
opening up, Yin’s excellent skills with her industrial focus, professional
background, international forward-looking, details of the control, as well as in
industry design, development, multiple operation of the whole industry chain
management capabilities made her become the pioneers and the guardian forcing
Chinese estate enterprises greatly into more steps on international and professional
development spaces.
